12v aux plug problem

good evening can anybody help?i have no 12v power coming to my 2 12v plugs in front of gear lever or the one inside boot on left side of my disco 4.are they fused or on a relay,pls help

Check your plug touches the center terminal in the socket as this is recessed in a plastic ring and some plugs which have large ends do not fit.
