18" Terrafirma rims on a D4?

Hi, Terrafirma have a 18" steel rim which is claimed to fit the D4 as a replacement for the silly 19" OEM rims. Much cheaper than the Compomotive option.
Has anyone had these rims fitted and if yes is it simply a straight swop?
