2-Way Radio Advice needed please

We are looking for a recommendation as to the best type of 2-way radio to use at the off-road site I work at. We have been using CB fairly successfully but want a hand held unit ideally and one that has a private channel. Quality needs to be pretty good and range is approx 2 miles of woodland.

Any advice on what I should be looking for and what sort of money for around 10 radios? 2020 BMW X1 18d XDrive X-Line Auto
