Looks great.. ...but wouldn't it have been easier and cheaper to buy a D3.5 from a member buying a D5...

Could be? But then you'll have to cough out the cost at a go rather than a more convenient piece meal upgrade cost and you'll also loose the derived satisfaction/ joy of self upgrade. Laughing

No, its cost me about £1500 to do the upgrade in total with selling the removed items.... Not a lot of money to lay out to get the looks of a 45k motor.. and like mo says, I've had the satisfaction of doing the work myself..

more little updates, decided to swap out the silver wing vents and grille to brunel grey ones... not much of a difference really but does look better in my opinion...

had a mess about with a broken wing vent lacquering it as brunel grey is more of a matt/satin finish... may lacquer the good ones Idea

Also fitted new number plates as the old ones were looking a little tatty... no pics of this... but took pics of before and after removing the double sided tape residue with my caramel wheel...

Also realized my front bumper has some deflectors missing from the underside.....
