A copy and paste from a post about D4 Xenons.

"Just Google "Land Rover", "Autologic" the name of your area. Alternatively, just ring your local independent LR garage.

There's hundreds of independent garages that do it. Cost varies, but normally I've found about £25 for a single enablement to £40 for three enablements. Anymore and I'd definitely shop around. It only takes a couple of minuets and the right equipment."
