2016 d4 no com with heater control

Hello I am Stu new to this land rover thing lol. I have mechanical an electrical experience but feeling stumped with this one.
Showing code u0256 lost com with front controls interface module
No power at heater control (no lights at all)
Hazard switch not working
I have been over both fuse box’s an no blown fuses
Has anyone experienced this fault before??
