Just wondering if the *4 DEG ice warning has a Bong ?
I have already established that my LOW FUEL just winks at me cos it cant be bothered to make any noise then i looked down at my external temp last night as i dropped low into a valley with a river and noticed it went down to 1 deg with the ice symbol but no BONG ?
So does yours bong or not ?
Do tell !

Bizare !
It's a 57 plate so that would make sense.
I had one on extended Loan to replace a DEFENDER XS that refused to function in 2008 that was a 2005 MY and that binged and bonged for all sorts of strange reasons ?
Thanks.

I no longer own any bongs. I had to give all of that up when I graduated college and got a job.
Oh, and my '07 Land Rover doesn't bong either.

My 06 has been bonging with the 4C for a couple weeks now. The bongs are just a fall/spring thing though. Once winter settles in it is few and far between where we can get up to 4C.

What he said. I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.

Dear Alan,
How dare you use logic to silence the voice of the people! It is their inalienable right not to read all posts, and to proclaim their own experiences and opinions as valid data and the basis of cast-iron pronouncements on the state of the world, especially if they once holidayed in a caravan north of Hadrian's Wall.
Angrily,

Logic.... and empirical evidence. Quite big on matters empirical, them Romans.

When i get in mine, turn on ignition,it does its diagnostic thing, then just before i turn 1 click further to start, i get a BONG!! no warning or anything else lit up,it don't know if it has anything to do with
1.i always park in access height.
2.i have disabled the seat belt bong but the warning remains lit up!
i'll try different methods and see if it still bongs! bloody thing!!

My 05MY HSE has done the same thing on a few occasions last week. I noticed that on both occasions the oil pressure warning light took a little longer to go out than normal - we're only talking a quarter of a second longer but I did perceive a difference.
I'd love a screen showing me all the messages flying around the CAN bus as I drive...
