Ah ok, so was MOT'd in July and failed as well initially on two separate occasions???? 
And I agree, suggests it's been stood around for a while
I think gives me a bit of a start point for negotiation  Will show Mrs Iggy when she's back later give them a call from Heathrow tomorrow for a chat
