75k miles / 120k km service tdv6 2006

Hello

I was wondering which parts I require for a 120k km/75k miles service.
Especially the part numbers for the renew of the transferbox oil and locking differential oil (drains, plugs and washers etc.)

Also I want to do the gearbox double oil flush. Which parts do I need to do this (washers etc)?
Do I also require a new gearbox filter or is this only necessary at 240k km?

can somebody provide me a list of the parts required?

thanks
MJ

For the transfer box oil, p/no is IYK500010 which comnes in multiples of 1 litre. I think you need 1.5 of these for the transfer box (which incorporates centre diff). No plugs / washers need renewing on this. Cant help with the gearbox though.

Hi thanks

Do I need to renew the drain and fill plugs of the front and rear differential?
or can they also be reused?

if I need to renew them, does anybody know the LR part numbers of these plugs and washers?

Mees,

I changed my front and rear diff oil following the instructions already posted on here somewhere Thumbs Up

I didnt change the drain & filler plugs but when you take the drain plug out it will have a very noticeable mound of swarf stuck to it as it is magnetic. I spent sometime carefully cleaning it before I re-used it.
