Advice...LR4 HSE LE or HSE 5.0

United Kingdom 2015 Discovery 4 3.0 TDV6 HSE Lux Auto Barolo BlackDiscovery 4
Advice...LR4 HSE LE or HSE 5.0

My brother (git) is looking at purchasing the above from Sharjah where he works in the Middle East

He is not sure which one to go for but the difference between the HSE and HSE LE is that that the LE does not have the following for 30,000 dirhams (around £5000) the car in the poorer mans version is at £40,000

Keyless entry
Adaptive Bi-Xenon headlamps
Premium Navigation system with TV tuner Voice Input/Recognition System
Cooled Cubby Box
Active Diff

HSE LE Spec
