Aftermarket integrated GPS for MY13

Has anyone installed the GPS/Video interface unit available on Ebay?

I have a Jan 13 plated Discovery 4 SE with Upgraded HK Stereo and reverse camera and was wondering if this may give Nav through the NavButton.
