Air lock in coolant system

since getting the crank shaft oil seal and all the other stuff done that goes with it
I'm now getting the "low coolant level" msg on dash
I've tried topping it up, opening the bleed screw on the bottle, opening the bleed screw on the engine water pipe but still keeps coming on and off when driving
It's betting to the point where I honestly don't want to drive the frigging thing anymore it's driving me nuts
Can someone send me a link to an idiots guide to bleed the system please

Whats your antifreeze level like, the sensor will not float in water it needs the correct amount of antifreeze.

Just been refilled when the work was done

I can visible see the level rise up when I'm opening the bleed screw
