I have what I think is intermittent airbag fault. Light came on on the dash yesterday so read the code and I get the following
B0028-1B (AE) right side air bag
Deployment control - General electrical failure - Circuit resistance above threshold.
Trigered though last Thursday - SWIMBO driving and dosent remember seeing anything on dash. I drove it Saturday and nothing on dash then.
Any advice on what to check greatly apreciated. IID Tool

I had them a lot from both seats on old bus due to loose connector in under seat connector block
once cleaned and connector block screw tightened up well never came up again
but it might be something else

Thanks G
Will give that a check when I get home. Possibly makes sense as SWIMBO always moves the seat. So does the resistance comment usually point to poor connection? and if need to look further their are several airbags on the right, how would you determine which one would b the offender. IID Tool

I have this same fault code. (No other SRS codes, only this one). Again intermittent/ random. Searching the forum with this code does not actually show that many results surprisingly. I am beginning to investigate it now….
