Alternative portable jack??? Any ideas??

Thanks everyone - looks like a bottle jack is a possibility but I am concerned that without a locating pin for the chassis it may be unstable. I did buy an adapter off the forum for my trolley jack at home, perhaps that will work….

That's the problem I had.

Getting an adapter made so that the weight is on the shoulder of the jack shaft and not the roll pin that holds it in place.

Not for the Sprinter Jack. Couldn't get one made at the time.

My Dad found a local guy and had one made for the 2t trolley jack. It still needs a bit of fettling as the lower 'stem' diameter is about 0.5mm too big for the jack.
