Not just LR using the stupid capped nuts. My wife's Fiesta had them. Has now got a set of solid ones from the same company. So much better 😊 2006 TdV6 HSE.

Batfink,
The ebay link you posted claims to be for a range-rover, and if you check compatibility with a Disco, their website says the nuts are not compatible with a Discovery! Could that be why their warranty excludes vehicles that have off-road capability? (because we all know RR owners never go offroad )

When I just followed the link it says RR Sport. They fitted mine fine.
My disco never goes off road either. I think I have bought the wrong car 😄😄 2006 TdV6 HSE.

Any update on these fixed (non capped) nuts?
They look good to me, but would be interested in hearing from someone who's had them on the car for a while?
Thanks!

FWIW, I got a set of Bearmach nuts and a locking nut kit from AF to replace my existing ones which frankly looked quite .
As we change tires twice a year I’ll follow up in this thread sometime next late March/early April to report how they look after half a year of very little washing, temperatures -25...+20 and road salt.

My solid ones have been fine. None have loosened and all still looks good finish wise. Have also got a set on my wife's Fiesta and they are all fine too. So I would definitely recommmend them. 2006 TdV6 HSE.

Hi guys,
Some feedback. I put my solid nuts on the car in July 2017. After changing for wintertyres I can now see that they start to rust... I use power tools so I might have damaged the coating.

Fitted the summer wheels today after a long salty winter. Nuts are functionally still fine, holds the torque and works nice with my impact tool but the rust is really starting to show...
