Hi,
Somehow my device ID and device phone number have been deleted withing my Altox App (And web login) can an expert direct me to easiest way to find these settings I am not sure if I made a note of either!

OK sorted now I got details by texting the altox sim

Mine did this also, emailed Altox and they said it was due to Google changing something so they had to do a app software update.
For some reason it only deleted ID on my phone not my tablet.
