There is an updated diff breather available which is a lot less likely to stay closed.

They're secured with a couple of large self-tappers drilled into the arch liner and a couple of 6mm plastic nuts and bolts that pass right through. The latter uses one existing hole and then a second new one. I'll probably replace the self-tappers with some stainless ones but didn't have any of the right size to hand at the time.

Each flap was cut to fit around the exhausts as shown on the sketch below:

I'm quite pleased with the result, although I may have left them a bit long. I'll live with them for a few days and see how they go. I can always cut them down a bit if necessary.
