| Has anyone put 285 tyres on the 275 RR supercharged alloys? |

Morning All!
I’ve just managed to get my hands on a set of RR Sport Supercharged alloys, 20inch. I love the look of them and saw them on a D4 and decided to go for it. ANYWAY…they came with 275/40/20 on and they look a little stretched - certainly not helped in saving the rim from curbing. I’m wondering if I could fit 285’s on and if so - what wall size? 40 again? 45? 50? Would ideally look for a decent AT tyre as do light grass/sand and boating slip way work. Current Cooper AT3 Sports have been outstanding.
If anyone has done this would appreciate some guidance as then I assume I may be entering realms of height and spacer adjustment?

I ran 295/45x20 grabbers on my D3, but have to say it tramlined quite a lot at this width.(some pics of my green D3 with these on in my gallery) Best tyre choice I found was 265/50x20’s. Gave a decent ride and reasonable side wall.

Also - on those size did you have a clearance issues? Rubbing or anything? 2010 Disco 4 HSE.

On rrs rims. No rubbing. Very close to the front struts. I think there might even be a clearance pic in my gallery
