Does anyone know the first D3 vin number?

Does anyone know the first production VIN number of a D3? Mine is first registered Oct 2004 and I am told its one of the first D3's. I assume its 5A000??? Just out of interest Very Happy

Could be right, mine's 330 first registered Aug 1 2004. No word of it being 'pre-production'.

Wiljo D3 V8 HSE Auto in Zermatt silver - driveway version gone but not forgotten, only the living room cupboard version remains

Ah well I wondered because mine is 305. The 04 plates are pre production models.
