approved used warranty query

my 2012 D4 will be going in for an annual service in next 2 months or so and I've got some little niggles that I want to check with you all if I should expect them to be fixed under LR 2 year approved used warranty.... I will still ask LR to look at them but I want to check first here in case these should be covered and dealer tries to wiggle out of the responsibility.

Firstly - upshift paddle not always work - connected with state of the headlights and I've found someone on here had exactly the same issue and it was a faulty wiring loom for the paddle, inside the steering wheel. Probably not expensive and time consuming to fix.

Secondly - rear vents (on the back of the center console) always blow air, its not possible to close them. Probably mechanical damage to the mechanism.

Would be reasonable to expect both to be replaced under warranty by Land Rover?
