| “Proper” way to change height sensors and re-calibrate? |

Hey All,
Still trying to resolve the ongoing suspension issues with our D3 after a few weeks out of the country. Last thing to change is all of the height sensors and then get a full alignment as the front is out (just fitted new inner and outer track rods, again - are these supposed to be consumables?!)
Is there a special way to reset, replace and then recalibrate the sensors (bearing in mind I’ve got a Nanocom) in a specific order so that it all works correctly? Currently one of the sensors is at the limits of its adjustment in the Nanocom so not sure if it will cause issues with the new one.
My plan was to fully deflate the system, pull the fuse, set calibration to 0, swap sensors, re-activate, tight-tolerance, calibrate.
Any thoughts or advice? Am I over-complicating it?! 🤔 Cheers,

Thanks but that just shows how to use the Nanocom to callibrate which is easy. It’s the process for swapping sensors around it I’m interested in (if there is one!) Cheers,

Also do a 'peace of mind' check with the valve block connector. I found corroded wires which affected the raising of the suspension and could give you false indications with your sensors. Dave

I'd say all, however my issue was the rear block next to the rear nearside wheel. One wire was corroded at the block and broken off, another was corroded inside a small hole about 2" from the block and open circuit. Dave

All done last night. Other than not realising the rear sensors were the wrong way round and having to swap them, all went without a hitch. Calibrated and the Nanocom is showing 0 0 -5 0 with the car level.
Better still, I swapped the lower steering column as although it wasn’t notchy, there was play in the steering causing bumpsteer that I couldn’t eradicate. New lower column has sorted it and car feels better than ever now.
(Just a shame JLR are gouging the price of the lower column these days!) Cheers,
