Attention roof box owners! Help required please ...
Hi all,
I've just bought one of those LR/Thule roof boxes on fleaBay ...
I found it quite difficult to get inside to clean, given the small amount they open on each side - so I was wondering if the hinge 'comes apart' in some way, to enable me to take the top off completely?
I tried pulling what seems to be a ball and socket joint on the hinge, but it didn't budge (this may be because I was concerned about breaking it so used less force!)
So tell me, roof box owners, does the hinge pull apart, or is there any other way to split the two parts for filling/cleaning

Can't reach it. If you turn the car upside I might have a chance I know it's not considered "kind" to say no these days, but no. Just no, ok? And if it's not ok, still no.
