Autobox oil change/ megaflush

Hi guys can anybody give me some information?

what is this differance between gearbox oil and filter change

and a mega flush or dual flush?

which is the better option?

Tony, Megaflsuh will change most of the oil, about £175 ISTR
Oil & filter will change most of the oil as well as a new filter Allow an extra 40ish for the filter, plus more labour to change the filter as it's a right pain.

Well I'd say the change with a new filter would be the better, as you've got a new filter, but the chnag eof oil only is still rated very highly and less mess & hassle (filter still needs changing at 150k miles
