Trev - let us know how delivery goes for you. I have wasted a 3rd full day waiting for Yodel to no-show even though they again claim they were here this evening and left a calling card. I am going to their depot tomorrow to collect the battery and leave my own calling card!
Just had mine delivered from Tanya today, less than 24hrs after ordering. It came via UKMail to Cobham, Surrey.

UK Mail delivered my Tayna battery today. Ordered 1555 yesterday, arrived 1447 today. No problems at all - there was tracking all the way; and an email showing an hourly slot for delivery; and request notification by free text message or email when the driver was on his way.

When I mentioned it was a tad heavy my driver complained this was about the 8th today. He'll get a rest in the spring.

I am delighted that you chaps all received yours nice and promptly!
My saga with Yodel continued the next day when they again failed to do what they promised... Instead of delivering to my home as agreed, they took it off the van. Not that I'd have known. I rang the number they gave me for the depot 20 times but no-one answered. So, with no other options or info available, I drove the 40 mile round trip to Reading again and finally managed to extract my battery from Yodel's clutches.
The irony is, I'm going to Wales next week and could probably have collected it from Tayna if I'd known I was in for all this hassle!
Hope it bloody works when I fit it tomorrow!!!!

Sorry for your woes Crackers. I don't want to add more but check its in one piece inside. My issues with yodel are on going and hoping they will come and collect the damaged parcel tomorrow. I might be different as there is a massive weight difference between the two parcels but mine didn't get treated very well. It was well and truly battered.
You could claim the delivery cost back, but you would have to do it through Tayna and the. They would have to claim it back of yodel.
I am. It expecting a knock on the door tomorrow despite ebbed emails reminding me there should be a collection by yodel between 8am and 9pm. That's a great time slot. The irony is; their depo is around the corner from Swmbo office but I am not allowed to drop it off. They have to collect it.
Glad you finally got it and hope it's in one piece. D3 HSE TDV6 Auto. Bonatti Grey.

Heavy!
Getting the old one out and the new one in is quite a tight manoeuvre, particularly given the weight of the battery!
Suggestion - select Access Mode before doing the swap. Lowering the vehicle may save your back ?!
Wish I'd thought of that before I went and changed mine today

To get back to Yodel, just ordered a new batt from Tanya for the Jazz and it's being shipped by Yodel. Will see how it does.

An update on this.
I changed my battery as I had symptoms that is was on it's last legs. Not an instant start on cold morning, flashes of the amber (P) light satnav & radio would flicker etc etc.
Anyway battery changed & all was good, no more of the above. This was early Dec & been fine since.
Last week alternator went so had it done, & would you believe the above is happening again. Do you think the alternator issue killed my new battery?

Got some strange fault codes and i know its no the correct battery on board so thought i might as well replace and eliminate that from the equation and hope to avoid having to dig
deeper

So my battery with a metre on is showing 12.7 which after speaking with tayna is absolutely fine so im stumped as to what the issue is.
Does not affect the car & goes after a few mins.
Any ideas?

Could have. What standing charge voltage are you getting out of it?
Is the replacement alternator definitely OK, and OEM?
