And I just bought the same on Friday for CHF143... I must be getting old because I'm replacing a battery that still works.

As many of you already have this winter I am now needing a replacement battery.
Read all the threads etc but the favourite Exide Premium from Tayna everyone recommends is on back order for 10 days and I can't wait that long. Can anyone point me in the direction of an equivalent or better replacement?
Thanks in advance
Richie

Seems the same specs and guarantee, cheaper and more cold cranking amps than the alternative plus you can have it at your nearest Halfords (probably)
(I'm nothing to do with Halfords BTW)

The preferred options for starting batteries are Exide EA1000 or Yuasa Silver/Black series. The Yuasa can be purchased from Halfords if you require one immediately.GAP IID Pro Multi Vehicle Defender L316 2007-2015 - Discovery 3 - Discovery 4 - Discovery Sport L550 - Freelander 2 - Range Rover Evoque L538 - Range Rover L322 - Range Rover L405 - Range Rover Sport L320 - Range Rover Sport L494 Electrical Fault Diagnostics

A friend got a battery for his D4 from Halfords but did not check the physical size, it fits but is too high.Series 1 V8

Ordered an Exide yesterday and it arrived in less than 20 hours, not bad service. I too am getting HDC / Special programs off, satnav flicker and radio on low power mode. I've got it on trickle charge as it arrived with half a charge, will fit tomorrow. Wife is looking forward to using the heater and heated seats again, total luxury in my view, who needs heaters in this weather

Have to change mine as well. Got the flashing sat nav and orange handbrake light along with other low voltage misdemeanours. Battery was only 11.5 volts.
Still started and voltage comes up when running so hope its battery only.
Ordered one from Tanya £99.73 delivered. On its way.
