Hi Guys,
I have my 1st 15k service coming up, Any one recommend a garage or dealer who do a good job and at a good price,I just dont want to be ripped off!!
I am in the south west.

I have had a quote for £310 inc vat from a local LR dealer/workshop.Any body had a better price for a 15k service?

Remember that you dont have to use main dealer to keep warranty. If you know a good local independent garage they should be able to half that quote easily just make sure they use genuine parts. oil does not have to be genuine as long as it is the right spec.

Mines in at Beadles Sidcup for its first service at £290 all in.
Ask them to price match your best quote, as this is what I did.

Try MjFews in Bristol - ive always had the best quote from them, or Yeovil LR
its been many years since i had my 15k service so dont know what they currently charge..
Or you could spend £100+ in fuel and drive to Wakefield   Duncan

I would ask Yeovil for a quote, after all its only 45 miles away from Melksham; just enough to warm up the oils.

From whom did you get your £310 inc VAT quote please? Did it include a "free" loan car?
Question for those in Hampshire/West Sussex/Surrey any thoughts of whom to use within 20 miles of Waterlooville, or 50+ miles if they will definitely include a free loan car.

Got the quote from LR Yeovil,And then asked T.H.White in Wootton Bassett to match it,they said yes as long as they got a servicing contract out of me!!
I need to get 30k 45k quotes ,They said they would match them too.
Any prices on these would really help

T.H White rang me today,
Chap called Martin was very friendly & helpful .
He initially offered me list price less 10% on servicing.
I mentioned Price matching ,he said yes!! 
So my £310 at Yeovil can be matched,I have been told T.H.Whites in Wooton Bassett are thorough!
Anybody got any more thoughts?
I mentioned DISCO3.co.uk ,He sang praises re the site
He offered to fit my Side tubes(when I eventually get them) for £104.00 + vat .Is that an o.k price?

Try "In and Out". I just signed up for a platignum membership. Unlimited top ups, 6 Valets, 2 MOTs (inc other family cars), 2 sevices etc etc
Check it out....

Looks like £310 is the price to beat for an A Service then!
Now to try and work out either a business trip to Yeovil (to cover the £50 fuel required) or a local price match...
