Also, is it time to go back to security etching headlights and other bits like they did in the 80s/90s?
This maybe a cynical observation but I can't see that doing anything other than maybe peace of mind. The chances of the police investigating car parts theft are very small and the chances of actually catching the even less. Security etching is a useful if you are lucky enough to find the stolen parts and can then prove ownership.Uncle Ray's spare wheel protector

Thanks . I stand corrected! Must put my glasses on next time.
If they have to do that to get them, there's really not much you can do to stop them. Even if you do secure them you end up with a broken window.
As has been said, this ,must take some time and perhaps slowing them down is the best you can achieve. Open to any ideas people may have. Lost my rear clusters, and don't want to lose front.

Stanley blades glued in strategic places. Might not stop them but you’ll have DNA left at the scene, and probably a day in court when the thief sues you

With many of us happy to source “good value” used parts on eBay, rather than pay “rip off prices from the stealer”, perhaps we need to take a look at our own buying practices and do the best we can to make sure we’re not inadvertently funding these thieving scroates 2011 - 2015: 3 x FL2

No cameras in the car park? Even our little backwater station has cctv covering all sections of the car park.
Owners need to complain to the police and the local councillors to get some active police work to catch the b s. Get them to set up a sting operation and lock the f up.
Anyone remember the slogan 'Crime Doesn't Pay' well sure looks like that's slipped off the radar

It's more likely they know they can sell them quickly to the "where can I get cheap upgrade parts for my Disco" crowd.
