Bike Rack

Has anybody found / fitted a bike rack on the Tow Bar capable of carrying 3 bikes (2 Adult, 1 Kids)
Ideally I would like a 4 bike carrier (2 Adults 2 kids) but not sure such a thing exists
Thanks

I've got this one - Thule EuroClassic Pro 903

This is the bike carrier for those who want the ultimate load capacity solution. Thule EuroClassic Pro 903 enables you to carry three bikes, and even four bikes with the help of adapter 9022.

When I was hunting for a deal on the Thule roofracks was the cheapest I could find. It may not be anymore though!

PS It's easy to fit

Out of interest, you can order and fit rails yourself (even though the order form says factory fit!).

Which tow bar have you got, the bolt on ball type, or the swan neck one. If yours is the "bolt on" one like mine, I've got a witter 4 bike rack bolted on the top set of fixing holes. (see gallery).

I've got a swan neck on the D2, and the removeable one on the D3. The Thule EuroClassic fits fine btw.

Bike Rack Reversing light ?

I have the Thule Euro Classic Pro 903 . Should the reversing light work on the rack ? all the other lights seem to be OK .

I have one of these also and the reversing light is the only one not to work??

Apart from that it's great...

Just bought the Thule EuroClassic Pro 903 bike rack with the 9022 extension to carry a fourth bike. Here in Germany (h.p.haller in Rosenheim) the rack cost €460 (£315) and the extension €75 (£52).

The photo shows the bike rack mounted on the removable towball. That didn't seem any problem, though admittedly the expert from the shop did it! The only trouble I had removing it was that I couldn't get the power plug out of the socket. Not having put it in, it took me a while before I realised you have to turn it before pulling it out Embarassed

The only trouble I have had so far is that the right-hand rear light isn't working. However, the suspicion is that that is rather the car than the bike rack. Having it checked on Monday. The reversing lights worked.

Haven't tried the rack with any bikes yet.

And, oh yes, I hope to get a free cycle helmet thrown in, with a special deal Thule has on at present Smile
