Blackwdow drawer storage system

Looking at the BOAB website when came across the Blackwidow storage system (will post link when Mrs DSL gets off the LT). Anyone used these, or could recomend anything similar? Are they staight forward to fit? Only down side is the shelf on top of the drawers is only rated to 20kg (if I've read it right), would look to carry fridge (has built in locking thingies), 2nd spare, takla and 3 full jerry cans, deff over 20kgs!

Would need to do the mod to allow me to unwind the underslung spare without having to pull it all apart. Shocked

Any other suggestions?

PS just looked and the 20kgs is for a basket up top, not the main shelf! Embarassed

PPS Blackwidow is a bit (well a very big bit) above my budget! Big Cry

If they're anything like the draw systems I've seen it'll be cheaper and lighter to knock yourself up a few shelves for the back and use some plastic storage boxes Derek. That way you can make sure you can still access the spare wheel winder using a socket and extension pushed down the gap between the seats. Did something similar for mine, will see if I can find some photos

Cheers, just looking at the extended winder for the spare. Will have a look at what I can put together, loads of MDS kicking around the building site that is home. Just been looking at the drawer systems our Aussie members have, they are sooooo spoiled!

Wonder if JMC still has the commercial flooring from before........ Confused Confused

No I'm not. Sad

Have drawers in the D1. My partner had trouble accessing the fridge, so NO drawers in the D3. Big Cry
