boot storage

Hello,
discovery 4 HSE 2013.
Forgot to send you my other question:

In the boot, there there are two boxes on each side which have the wiring for the break lights...

Can I but something from landrover or anywhere so that I can use that space to place small items as storage area?

Short answer = Yes

Yes, I have loads of stuff in there, especially the left hand side one. Tow ropes, shackles, not to mention the tow ball when hot in use and various consumable / spares. But be careful of wires and make sure you don't wedge anything too heavy or sharp against the panel or have anything heavy rattling around. (Very) Slight danger of denting the panel if you do.
