As has been mentioned the Sprinter jack is good
It is also worth mentioning that VW Crafer vans have the same jack in them. Located in the passange footwell under the floor ( Opens with a screw driver ) may find a cheap one if you find a Crafter or Sprinter van in a scrap yard . The levers for it are in a bag located next to the jack under the floor.
I only know this because we had crafter vans at work and when we sold it maybe the jack dissapeared into the back of my Disco Discovery 3 - Black SE with HSE upgrade

This one yes, £40 with postage🤔
I have carried one of these for years but when I needed it yesterday I realised that with a flat It was too tall to get under the lower rear arm of the suspension to lift! I friendly chap with a tiny bottle jack helped by lifting the arm to get enough clearance for the D2 jack.D4 2014

The preferred choice is a Mercedes Sprinter bottle jack. They sometimes come up for sale on here, or on Fleabay.
That's what I have got

the LR bottle jack is meant to go under the main chassis, near the factory jack point.
getting enough lift can be an issue, so worth testing

Thanks Pete - I did try that but would have got nowhere near enough lift - I think I need to carry a decent hard wood block to get enough height. D4 2014

The Sprinter Jack was definitely a hit and miss option when we were all buying them a few years back. Mine burst its seals and emptied oil all over the floor the first time I jacked up my old disco with it. Went straight in the bin. I use an SGS 10 tonne now that i keep behind the second row seats and also have a D2 bottle jack in the boot just in case D4 HSE Lux MY16 Club Waitomo

out of curiosity, did you change your tyres without using an impact wrench? contemplating swapping tyres with just the supplied winch and manual hex lever in the car.Discovery 4

The wrench supplied with the car is useful for the spare wheel winch but it’s a bit short and flimsy for the wheel nuts. I carry a breaker bar to undo the wheel nuts. It’s a bit longer and they come undone easily with a foot on the end. I carry a torque wrench to tighten them up and check them after around 50 miles.

Would it work to tighten just with the wrench? 108lbs might be possible standing on the wrench given looks like. Discovery 4
