Brake Lights (Spare Bulbs)

Just change my Rear Brake Lights again (this time to LED)

I noticed that the Bulbs in the Rear Lights also seem to be brake light bulbs.

Any one else noticed this

Yup, there was a thread on rear bulb failures and various LED options a couple of weeks back and it was commented on then. Out of interest, which LEDs did you go for and have you any pics of them with lights on, then brakes on for comparison? There is a common concern that some of the LEDs available don't have enough difference in light output when braking.

Cheers!

LED Fitted

U38048R (380) 48 Red Led Stop & Tail (Pair) 120 % Brighter (Ultraleds.co.uk)

They seem OK in the daylight, I have to test them at Night.

My current goal is to replace most of the discos bulbs to leds; although some bulbs seem hard to track down.

I am also considering using different colours on the internal lights.
