Brits in Bavaria
Yesterday, on my way to the ski slopes, I saw a couple of D3's.
The first, with British number plates, was silver and just outside Unterwössen, the village next to the one where I stay.
Then, just over the Austrian border, south of Reit im Winkl, I saw a maroon D3, whose driver flashed his lights and waved at me. Didn't have time to see the number as I waved back. Anybody here?
Merry Christmas all!
Eric

Trust you had a great time.
I haven't been to Zell for a while; had two holidays there about 1980. I know Saalbach/Hinterglemm a little better, having had several holidays there even earlier. And now, from my Bavarian base, I can get over to Saalbach from Leogang and have occasionally joined friends there in the past few years.
