Broken down - starter?

Car won’t start. Stuck in retail car park. Starter not turning battery is good. Only error is:
B1C57-14(6C) ignition relay cool circuit...
Any ideas while I’m waiting for breakdown people?

the start relay is the box next to the battery.

Marked SM.

Either hit the top of it, or swap it with another relay.

Also select drive, and then select neutral and see if it will start.
