When I get in the D3 and start it while in "P", I get "Transmission Fault" up on the dash. If I put my foot on the brake and release the EPB, it will release but come back on again once I take my hand away from the EPB switch.
If I hold the EPB switch down, the brake will release but I get the warning "Apply HAndbrake".
If I start the car in P and then select D, I can't move the car as the EPB will not release, I have to turn it off first by the switch.
Once I put the car back in P, the EPB activates all by itself.

If there are 2 if you and you can't move car:
Get the park brake off.
And then remove the large fuse next to the battery marked (P)
To stop it re engaging.
Dont park on any hills though
And use caravan handbrake if required, but don't forget

I drove mine for about a fortnight with the fuse removed, the fuse I took out also took out the cruise control.

I managed to catch the ferry by the skin of my teeth. The issue was to do with the transfer box, in the end, to solve it I put it in neutral and pressed the High box position and then turned on the ignition and it reset. Not going to try putting it in low until I have time to fix it but its working 100% at the moment but I don't think I can use the low box.Dale
