Are buildings too small to eat Disco 3 ?

I had a problem that teh standard garage door here in Finland can not eat such big car as Disco 3 is WHEN it's equipped with root fails, cross bars and Thule 600 ski box on it. raild+bars make disco +7 cm higher and Thule Ski box is +35more, meaning that total height is close to 230 cm.

Ski box is a must due family hobbies (> 70 days skiing out there during each winter).

Standard door height in Finland is 210 cm. I made a hole to increase it already earlier to my previous SUV but with Disco 3 I have to increase it furthermore by 25 cm now .. Laughing

=> is world too small to a big car like disco 3 ??
-- too many modifications made to my Disco 3 to be listed in here --

First thing- lock (rather than lower) to access height.

You could always have a rear mounted rack rather than roof mounted.

Otherwise- you'll have to park the car outside, like the rest of us without garages!
