Wasn't the slag in the city a lawyer? which is probably why she got £12M for something which looked mild compared to what this poor guy had to put up with. I'm afraid justice in the UK means a different thing if you're rich or poor - which it always has done I suppose.

So just because she is claiming her lost earnings ratio .......she's a slag I think that's pretty poor

I was trying to point out difference (albeit not subtly) between a an individual who is an easy victim to bullying to an individual, who being a corporate lawyer should, given her career choice, be skilled and experienced in being able to handle verbal (not physical) harassment – if not – why is she worth a potential £12M – is she now physically or mentally incapable of any work that would earn an income? – I suspect not – and, oh, by the way, if she was a he – would a court give a similar verdict – I also suspect not
I’m not being sexist – just pointing out the stupidity of the increasing ‘claim’ society for those that have the ability to claim and those that are real victims

So irrespective then that she was doing her job ...and pretty well by all accounts ...she not only deserves the harassment but she should expect it.
She is not a real victim ....but he is
The other chap made a career choice ...was he worth £78k ? Probably.... because that the going rate for him ....the going rate for her was £12m.

DG - I have a large number of people who work in my team from a multitude of demographic backgrounds - and have numerous instances of harassment due to age / gender / race over the years - there was just something in the article about the guy working on the golf course that  me off - agree to disagree about the other instance
