Buying a 2013 XS and need advice on available mods please!

Dear All,

I am off to view a 2013 LR4 XS tomorrow at a local dealers. The car is pretty well spec'd already but my friend has a HSE and there are a couple of mods I would like to do and just wanted members advice on if they can be done and the likely cost....

1. Rear view reversing canera. Are these easy to fit myself and is there a recommended kit or should I be looking to go to a independent specialist to get this done ? I don't mind a bit of diy but don't know if the wiring is all there or if it needs any software updates?

2. Centre console fridge? Am I correct that these are easy to fit as all the wiring etc is already there?

3. Park heater / timed climate? Am I correct that this is all fitted but needs enabling to work? Is this expensive?

We have looked at HSE models but other than the sunroof and rear heated seats think this XS is a close match and comes in cheaper but I just need to work out what these upgrades would cost to make a fair comparison.

Fridge is pretty straight forward mate done it to both of mine D3 in Buckingham blue now SWMBO's Mine D4 commercial

Thanks guys. The one I am viewing has leather electric front seats...not sure if they are memory ones but as it will only be me driving this isn't essential. Hopefully someone can advise on the other bits.... great forum btw and loads of useful threads 👍

The timed climate should just need activating,you could check out some of the forum sponsors I had bodsy come and do mine and he also fits the reversing camera D3 in Buckingham blue now SWMBO's Mine D4 commercial
