C1A13-64 (AF) Pressure does not decrease when venting galler

I have the suspension diagnostics manual and found the C1A1364, however I do not know what the (AF) stands for.
This may lead me to a closer fix if anyone knows what that stands for, it may help my fault diagnosis. 2005 Land Rover D3, 4.4L V8, Maya Gold Metallic
1966 Scout 800, 196 cu.in.
1975 Scout II, 392 cu.in.

Possibly central valve block (near compressor) not doing its job or stuck, maybe fuse blown. The compressor exhaust valve is also a possibility
