C1A13-64 air suspension question

So have the above intermittent fault (pressure doesn’t decrease when venting gallery) on my 2010 disco 4 122k had a search around for fixes and think I know what I need to fix it.....however can any one confirm what I need and what compressor I have?
I think it’s hitachi and i need LR075760 to fix it or maybe LR030590 or should I just get the complete compressor??
This the compressor-

It’s hitachi so guessing it’s original, used LR020590 as the ‘fix’ so far so good.....

Hi

Hope these may help Thumbs Up

Also pull out the 2 x pipes that go into the end of the dryer , one is for the compressors air intake the other onto the exhaust silencer

After removing them see if the fault goes away , as at least then u can eliminate them with a simple 10 x minute test

The silencer looks like a large canister that sits by the back passenger side wheel

Also enclosed a pic of the silencer as I bought one at the same time when I fitted a new air tank

Thought I was getting somewhere......had the fault every time I tried to lower the suspension then it went away again, had look round nothing obvious, I’ll overhaul the compressor I thought...... all went well suspension was a little slow to rise but no errors......now this morning when driving

bong normal height only and an error with the air supply, Censored compressor appears to be building pressure as there’s air coming out to the valve, gallery pressure also rose to 1300 ish before it cut out error free, I’ve tried testing the valves on the iId but again no use if anything it’s worse as it’s now on the bump stops, now off to the compressor off and see if I can spot anything, any other suggestions???

I'll save you some time.

When the air compressor exhales it does it back through the desiccant/filter. If you open yours up you'll find it's probably turned to dust and the filters are blocked. This means it's struggling to lose air at the rate it should. I just fixed the exact problem the other day.

Give this a go.

Sorry forgot to mention I’ve done the refurb......wasn’t to bad inside to be fair I’ve had the new fault since

Turns out my exhaust valve is stuck open, couldn’t hear it on the truck but as I’d cut the pipe when removing the compressor (as the fitting was seized) I pulled the coupler apart and could hear the air escaping, as a note I couldn’t replicate this on the bench guess I couldn’t get the same resistance as the system produces, guess I now need the solenoid? On the bench it appears to work tho as I can see movement not sure if the pressure pushing against it has weakened it over the years? Am wondering if there’s a control relay at fault somewhere? Off to search some more!!!!

Anyone ever managed to track down a replacement solenoid? Or know if it’s possible to refurb it?

Replaced the hitachi compressor and all is well, have spoken to where I bought the refurb kit from and explained their kit didn’t contain everything to fix the errors listed they are sending a ‘second hand test solenoid’

Last update from me on this one! To recap I had the pressure doesn’t decrease when venting gallery error, used the refurb kit of filters, desiccant, piston ‘ring’ etc but then couldn’t build any pressure as the exhaust valve solenoid wasn’t holding, ordered and fitted a new hitachi compressor all is good, messaged the refurb kit chaps to say it didn’t cover the exhaust valve and they sent a second hand one (they don’t sell new ones) fitted it to my old compressor and it worked fine, so I now have a spare compressor! I pulled the old solenoid apart coil resistance is the same as the replacement one, played with the spring and it worked for a bit so guess it’s lost some strength pictures below,
Cheers for all the advice with this one!
