Calibratin speedometer?

Is it possible to calibrate the shown speed in the instrument cluster? It shows anoingly high numbers compared to the GPS, more than 10%
In addition the CC shows consistantly 2kmh less than shown speed. This started after uppdating the visuals of the instrument cluster. Is it possible to correct?

I have the IIDTool ready for tweeking

I've got my cruise set just right with the IID but have still to sort out the speedo. Cruise was cranked down 7% from dim memory. Will be very interested as sorting out the speedo as I usually see 60mph on the cruise display and 63mph on the speedo, so still 5% overread.

Interesting but surely this is unlikely due to local laws? UK law for example require actual speed to be less than indicated speed? Not sure how anyone even a dealer can calibrate a speedo, I certainly would not trust it if they did! If you get a fine for speeding that you can demonstrate is the vehicles fault then the manufacturer is outside of the build regulations!

Also is not GPS inherently inaccurate due to the margin of error provided by civilian systems to the nearest 15 m or something?
