Caller ID not showing

Reading older topics there seems to be an issue with caller ID not showing for incoming calls since D4 cannot map phone numbers with +XX notation to 0XX notation. Has there been a resolution to this (other than duplicating each phone number with both formats)? Is this an issue with newer D4's still (I've got MY12)? Would it help to update some ECU's with newer SW with my Nanocom?

Overall this is a bit weird issue. I just traded in 2010 VW Touareg which worked flawlessly with the same phone.

Had the same issue in my 2010, never did find a fix. Pleased to say though seems to be ok in the 2016. Sorry can't be more helpful.
