Camping Chairs

After some new camping chairs for chilling and drinking in.
What do you recommend?
I've been told the moon chairs are good but there are so many different makes...

Oztent King Kokoda gets my vote, spendy but comfy and solidly made.

I've had two of these for 6 years and they have had some hammer

They have three recline positions and for under £30 take some beating.

I tried the moon chairs (being 5ft 2" plus having a bad back I find them not very supportive) the bar at the front digs in to the back of my knees (part of being a short Censored and not being able to put my feet on the floor) I tried several ones from £20 - £100 and they where the same.

We brought 2 of these which I found very comfortable

+1 for Lafuma

I bought 2 (more) last week - Lafuma had special offers on their website:-

http://www.lafuma.co.uk/index.php

and I got 2 for £225 rather than £310

they were VERY helpful, and I collected from their offices, which they share with Gunmark, later the same day.

Excellent product.

+1 for Lafuma.
We came by their production facility in Anneyron two years ago. They have an outlet store there. We bought five normal chairs with cloth seats which saves you from having to bring seperate covers. Also bought a 'relax' chair.

They are lightweight but tough enought and very comfortable. I have been drinking in them as well and must admit that it gives you a headache. But no pain in the ass Laughing

Wiljo

My Lafuma chair (non elasticated) came apart at the welded seams were the base, wrapped around the metal post and welded (stuck/glued) together

Lafuma were apologetic that they didn't make spares and got no where with them about a discount on replacement chairs

6 years use though, but still bought Lafuma afterwards to replace

I always pop into a Lafuma outlet shop in Troyes on the way down and way back up from the South of France, there are two stores there, the chairs are about 30% of the UK price, I have about 12 chairs (RSXA XL, Pop Up, Cham Elps, FGX XL, Orson Directors e.t.c.) bags to put them in, chair drinks holders, tables and even a Lafuma goretex coat for a kid.

+1 for lafuma recliners x2, brilliant for sunbathing and sleeping, 10 years on and only 1 elastic change

Oztent chairs for everyday camping, good and strong and compact when folded
