Camping Pillow - any recommendations?

I gather there are a few hardened campers on here.

I'm travelling to Africa next month and camping in the wilderness for a couple of weeks. After plenty research the camping mat and sleeping bag are now sorted, but the next item on the list is a camping pillow. I've got a dodgy back with dodgy discs (old before my time) so looking for something really supportive with maximum height. Comfort would obviously be nice, too. The row I'd get from the physio/osteo for using a scrumpled up rain jacket for a pillow doesn't warrant consideration Shocked

Happy to forgo lightweight/compact features for one that is properly supportive.

Done a bit of Googling and seen this one mentioned - any thoughts?

Awesome Travel/Camping pillow

Hey I just wanted to let you know that ive been using a thermarest pillow for years and I love it! Its affordable and compresses so its very easy to travel with not to mention its very comfortable. You should check it out. I got mine from http://travelmadeez.net. They have some video reviews there as well to show you how it works.
