How Can I Add A Factory TV to my 2005 HSE with no tuner

Does anyone know how to add a TV tuner to my HSE sat nav system. Can the software on the system be upgraded and can i buy the tunder from lr parts.

Any ideas

I have thought of the freeview option others have fitted but i want to control if the the touch screen head unit.
