can i change the car batttey myself??

hi guys

so my battery has died on my 2011 disco 4 hse, is it possible to change the battery my self?? or does it need special diagnostic equipment to save the engine mapping? or any special way of doing it?

any tips or info?

It's a heavy lump to lift out, and the BMS should really be reset, but no reason why you cannot physically swap it over yourself Thumbs Up My D3 Build Thread

good that's great, how can i reset the BMS then? i was reading also that is seems to reset when you fully disconnect the battery?
