Can you install RR or RRS software on a D3 satnav.

I am just thinking here but if the unit is the same one as a 2005> RR and the RRS they have options built in such as TV and reverse camera and venture camera so can you either:-

1. Load the RR or RRS software onto a D3 unit

or

2. Replace the D3 unit with one from a RR or RRS
