Cancelling A Key

Can I cancel a key on my D4 using IIDTool? I was only given one key and the IIDTool says there is currently two registered Rolling Eyes

I thought you had to delete all registered keys then reprogram the one key you still have. 2016 D4 TDV6 Corris Grey
