Cant wait to get my D4. Waiting times for D4

Gday all,
I am really wanting my D4 right now.

Just wanting to know what time periods people are waiting for delivery of D4's

I ordered mine 26th of Feb 2010 and it was due to get made this month and delivered in July.

I emailed the dealer the other week asking if it had been made yet. He said he will let me know once it's status had gone to build.

It's 26th of May and I still have not recieved confirmation of build.

I guess being in Australia will delay it but i hope i get it in time for my birthday in July..... Big Cry

Ordered my HSE with quite a few options on December 7th. Anticipated delivery is 25th June (though it may arrive a few days early).

just found out car was built on the 17th of May and delivery date of July 19th. Very excited after what will be a 5 month wait. Very Happy

My dealer here in Gemany said, that the 3L Engine the is out at the moment, but I hope that this is a problem only for new orders. Disco 4 SE

You guys are lucky I ordered my Disco HSE last September and because I ordered camera’s it got delayed 3 times, and will now come in in Mid June. Will end up 10 months from the original order. Big Cry

I do feel that Land Rover has taken advantage of my loyalty to the brand being a long term fan of LR and owning number 8 at the moment.

If I was any other Customer I would have told the dealer to keep the car a long time ago and in 2010 it seems incredible that 10 months should pass between order and delivery of a mass market car. I mean we are not talking a Ferrari or Bentley.

There is a part of me that says I should just walk away as I am left with a bitter taste and defiantly a lot less pro LR.

Ordered mine on the 17th March. Delivery date off the ship is 7th July. Dealer delivery approx 2 weeks later

Australia 2011 Discovery 4 3.0 TDV6 HSE Auto Alaska WhiteDiscovery 4

Ordered my HSE on 11 May. Build date scheduled for 20 August with expected Delivery 26 October.
Five and a half months seems sooooo long to wait.
Order says it will be a MY11. I'm getting Fuji White instead of Alaska White apparently.
Anyone know of any other changes on the MY11 other than Colours? Discomaniac
