| Caravan split charging relays |

This sounds like a sad question from a tintent owner! It's a small caravan that I got for a small restoration project. Fitting the towbar and electrics cost more and it's smaller than the D3!?!?! Anyway.........
I want to split charge my caravan battery. Are there relays on the Disco already, or do I have to put them in and if so do they have to be as close to the car battery as possible? Presumably I would then run seperate wire to the tow bar 12S plug? Or can I fit the relay in the caravan?

The 12S socket is fully wired for split charging, nothing to do other than plug yer tin tent into it!
